Waivers

Waiver of Liability: I acknowledge that there are inherent risks and dangers associated with this training program and therefore, I hold TrueAP, its management, contractors, and employees harmless from all claims for injuries, damage, or loss which may result from my child(ren)’s participation in this program. 

Authorization for use of Photographic Likeness: I agree to allow TrueAP to take and utilize photos and video images of my child(ren) listed for the purpose of promotion and publicizing of the TrueAP’s programs and/or events. If I prefer to not allow the registered individual(s) to be photographed, I will call 703-966-3500 to communicate my request.

Coronavirus Waiver: By training outside or in a facility, you are aware that you agree to fully accept all known and unknown risks, including the potential risk of exposure to respiratory illnesses such as the coronavirus (COVID-19). The coronavirus is primarily transmitted via exhaled respiratory droplets, most often through coughing and sneezing. These droplets can travel up to six feet and are more commonly transmitted between persons rather than from equipment to persons.

You understand and agree that you will hold us harmless and you will not hold us liable for any real or perceived Symptoms of COVID-19 or any other disease, illness, or condition, nor for exacerbating any existing symptoms, and you fully agree to accept all risks of entering the facility, using the equipment, working with personal trainers, attending classes, and/or interacting or being exposed to other members.

Training Policies and Conditions

Payments Policy: All payments must be made with major credit card at the time of registration. If you need to pay with cash or check (payable to TrueAP), please contact a TrueAP representative at info@trueap.com. 

Refund Policy: We handle refunds on a case by case basis to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with all purchases and services. TrueAP reserves the right to charge a 15% administrative fee per refund transaction.

Expiration Policy: All sessions expire on the final date of the program.
